What are you still carrying?
Every practitioner eventually encounters a moment where the energy feels heavy, dense, and unnaturally sluggish. You might wake up feeling like you spent the entire night running a marathon, or notice that small, simple tasks feel like hauling stones up a steep hill.
We often look outside ourselves for the source of the friction—blaming retrograde tides (went direct Jul 23), tricky neighbors, or shifting seasons. But more often than not, the culprit is far quieter: accumulated static.
In our daily lives, we cross dozens of energetic intersections. We absorb the ambient anxiety of crowded spaces, hold onto unexpressed frustrations, and allow outdated emotional patterns to anchor themselves to our lower chakras. Over time, these small threads woven together become heavy chains, pulling us off our center and obscuring our natural sight.
