Lately, the collective energy feels undeniably heavy. Between rising everyday expenses, fluctuating costs at the pump, and the general economic strain, many of us feel a tightening belt spiritually, emotionally, and financially. When external pressures mount, it is easy to fall into a state of spiritual stagnation or hyper-vigilance. That exact moment is when you need alignment the most.
In my 40 years of practice, I have learned that when the physical world restricts us, the most powerful thing we can do is look at where our energy is flowing. We cannot always control global economic shifts, but we can control how we clear our paths and protect our peace.
