Or, Forty Years of Spiritual Practice and I Still Want to Smite the Printer
I have spent more than forty years studying and practicing the magical arts. I have taught people about energy, intention, personal responsibility, and the importance of examining their own motives before attempting to influence the world and people around them. I have counseled people through heartbreak, grief, betrayal, fear, and some truly spectacular examples of human foolishness.
I have studied countless tomes of spiritual wisdom, talked with gurus and mentors, written books and essays, spoken in standing-room-only lecture halls, and spent quality time with some of Paganism’s greatest minds.
You might reasonably expect that all this experience would have transformed me into a serene, unflappable repository of spiritual wisdom.
You would be wrong. So very wrong.
